Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Drive eCommerce sales for adidas Hong Kong through official sites & 3rd party platforms Oversee creative asset development and UI/UX support for eCommerce operation Support user journey improvement through creatives & experience quality uplift

 

Key Responsibilities:

In charge of creative asset development and management across all eCommerce business touchpoints including but not limited to .Com, marketplace, APP, digital member communications and digital advertisements Manage UI design concept and visual asset development for campaign landing pages and other digital marketing materials Consult stakeholders on creative content design through consolidating feedback and research Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop UI/UX as well as asset improvements plan based on user engagement metrics analysis Oversee setup and quality check on all visual asset launching across platforms

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience working with brands developing creative solutions on a global level Knowledge of Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work, particularly in e-commerce and digital marketing aspects Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) ,Figma and other related digital design tools Hands on experience of managing digital content on content management system Strong copy writing skills would be an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for sports and fashion

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital / visual design, with a focus on e-commerce or digital business Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English Expertise in Adobe Creative Suites and digital design tools  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Good knowledge of digital content management systems Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
