Effective team management to respond to Value to Market projects with the aim to achieve profitable growth.
Adequate resource allocation to answer customer briefs and in line with cost to serve framework Establishment of clear service modelEffective team management & mobilization across the various functions e.g. CD&I, Marketing and salesEnsure definition & execution of creative strategy linked to the commercial strategy for key projects e.g. MC and MW briefsResults measured by Sales Growth, Win Rate and Cost to ServeInnovation Management
Leverage IFF innovations across categories (technologies, value propositions, tools) to create a competitive advantage vis-a-vis competition.
Team understanding of existing and upcoming technogiesUse and drive Holistic Scent Design Principles through CD&I and Commercial organisation.Build capabilities within CD&I organisation to apply and leverage technologies for customer briefs.Adapt/Push category offering for market requirments through value proposition building.Commercialize & deploy innovation to market. (focus on H1 innovation)Build internal training programs for CD&I and commercial to work with technologies and innovation toolsBuild close network with Innovation centers to be up to date on innovation offering and feedback needs and market requirementsResults also measured by Sales Growth but aligned with the innovation proposedOperations Management
Ensure effective and efficient work processes & support services implemented in the creative center.
Build sampling capabilities and efficiencies to support project pipeEnsure analytical setup & capabilities in the creative centerBuild fragrance development support infrastructure (sample order & shipping) etc but also includes IT infrastructure and system setup (SAP, PUMA, Phoenix etc)Results Measured through capacity, delivery on time, quality, internal customer satisfaction and agility on responding business needsValue Creation
Ensure profitable growth through value creation projects addressing supply chain issue and COGS variations.

Ensure growth of key talents
Team Build Individual Development Plans for key talents and ensure execution of those plans. Build next generation of talents by injecting new talent into the organisation. Coach and mentor weak performers when possible and ensure right level of talent across all the departments. Build the desired culture and team collaboration across teams.Results measured by a combination of factors. Key talent retention, People feed back and evolution, impact in Win Rate and talent attaction, talent progression.Governance
Ensure right goverance for Project inflow and outflow.
Setup and execute effective Morning MeetingFollow PMO and Cost to Serve prinicples across the organisation. Monitor project in and outflow and build analyis on project type, fragmentation and adherence to PMO principlesTrain and build change management programs to build understanding and adoption of those principles across the organisation.Results measured also by a combination of factors which include, C2S, agility, internal customer satisfaction and feed back, data accuracy (project pipeline, project status, win rate evolution), in flow quality and clarityRequired Skills:
