Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Nutrition Team is responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of loved brands in the juice category – ensuring that each brand connects deeply with consumers, to ultimately translate brand love to purchase.


The Creative Consultant will report to the Senior Creative Director for Nutrition and play a critical role in supporting the Nutrition creative team on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand communication priorities.

The role will support the team in the development of creative briefs, creative strategy and core creative ideas while leading creative tactics and execution across channels to ensure the successful launch of campaign assets. The role will also support the team with day-to-day project management, budget management and timeline tracking to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all System milestones on time and within budget.

Role responsibilities:

Support the development and roll-out of campaign creative assets including (but not limited to) shopper, digital, social, influencers, OOH and video

Lead development of campaign playbooks including building out shopper toolkits, managing ad hoc customer creative needs and reviewing customer adaptations of national creative

Provide support to creative team with key internal milestones including Decision Moments, System selling routines, and global check-ins where required

Work closely with agency teams and internal cross-functional partners to adhere to timelines, communicating to key internal stakeholders any impacts to the overall campaign and timing.

Drive timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns and projects hit key milestones and launch on-time and on-budget

Coordinate with agencies to ensure all creative assets and talent right documentations are uploaded through the Asset Management system, and MMRC tracking documents are accurate and complete

Support with financial management of program budgets and PO coordination

Qualifications & requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required

Related Work Experience: 2+ years professional experience working in creative and marketing roles

Experience working at and with world-class creative agencies and companies

Passionate about, and connected to, North American entertainment, content, and culture

Proven ability to work in a network and collaborate across disciplines & markets

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative team member; able to inspire and influence others

Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management

Strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills 

BROAD EXPERTISE IN (GOOD TO HAVE)

Brand management/marketing concepts

Presentation skills

Understanding of creative development and execution across channels based on established brand creative strategy and idea

Pay Range:

$86,300 - $113,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
