Hobby Lobby Corporate is hiring a Creative Coordinator! We’re looking for a self-starting individual with leadership experience, a passion to serve, and humility. In this position you will spearhead inspiration and creative oversight of team photography, regularly collaborate with leadership, clients and interdepartmental teams to transform creative vision into aesthetic images. You will exhibit outstanding communication and sound judgment while maintaining current knowledge of industry trends to guide team members in achieving the highest possible standards for all content. Who you are:A self-motivated, strong creative thinker with exceptional conceptualization skills.A Professional and Passionate leader with strong project management, relationship-building, and communication skills. An open-minded team-player who gives and receives constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively toward the bigger picture. Highly skilled in customer/Client communication, collaboration, and negotiation. Able to provide exceptional insight for effective image placement during photo shoots and ensures images are produced to fit into specified templates.  What you will do:Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers and cross-functional Teams on strategy, inspiration, and development of successful projects and processes. Provide motivation, mentorship, and expertise, researching new methods as needed. Monitor and ensure integrity of all projects in regards to viability, originality, quality, and adherence to project requirements and Department/Corporate Brand Standards. Ensures creative vision is communicated and executed by attending photo shootsNegotiate and establish realistic expectations for resources, goals, and project timelines. Provide creative direction and feedback to team members effectively and positively. Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years of comparable work experience required; advertising or in-house agency experience preferredProfessional styling experience preferredProficient Mac skills If you’re interested, please submit the required resume and 8 to 10 portfolio samples or provide your website link.
