Job Description
Role/Programme:
As a Creative Design Intern, you’ll join our Brand, Creative and Strategy team in the summer. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career and make a meaningful impact. You will be joining us for 10 weeks in the summer (23rd June - 29th August 2025). You’ll be onboarded with the global internship cohort in one of our offices and learn the basics of being a Wiser.
In 2023, we founded a Design Interns programme and we’re delighted to welcome new talent to our award-winning team for a third season.
We are looking for rising stars to join our Design team. Design at Wise is a multidisciplinary team and we sometimes call it capital ‘D’ Design. While our craft is varied, human-centred design and design thinking unite us

You are graduating in 2026.You are able to start a 10 weeks internship from June 23rdThe ability to contextualise and build a narrative around your workAnalytical, assessment and problem solving skills, you’re a proactive problem finder, not just a problem solverAn open attitude to feedback and willingness to learnFoundational knowledge of the discipline you are applying for (we don’t expect you to know everything, but you need to have enough skill to navigate the organisation and work)Eligible to work in the United KingdomWhat You’ll Bring:
A portfolio that demonstrates good typography, layout and technical skills across brand and/or marketingYou love to understand the 'why' before diving head first into just making something 'look good'Your design decisions are based on a rationale and you’re able to present and explain it to your teammatesYou're developing a strong eye for detail. No mistakes in your portfolio please, so check it over a few times before sending acrossWe mainly use Figma over here.
