We're recruiting for a Design Project Manager to join the George team, this role will work collaboratively with a team to manage large and complex design projects across the team. Overseeing the production of project deliverables. This is an omni channel role and will manage design outputs for online, in-store, email, packaging and ATL, driving consistency through out and acting brand guardian ensuring everything is to brand guidelines. ​

"Find your role"​Lead, assign and oversee all design projects across fashion, home and GM. For all channels including in-store, online, ATL campaigns, packaging and any other ad hoc design requirements.​​Manage in take of all design briefs and briefing to agencies or freelancers ​​Ensure project completion within agreed-upon budgets and deadlines and key dates for sign off​​Manage design budget, prepare comprehensive costing documents, forecasting. Ensuring all design PO's raised on time.​​Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various budgets and timings for channels​​Keep project team informed of key deliverables and progress updates ​​Collaborate with Head of creative to allocate design resources effectively and brief projects out​​Ensure all work is created to brand guidelines and act as brand guardian for George brand ​​RAG report on all projects updating on status weekly with Head of Creative ​​Key contact for all design agencies, freelance designers"Lets find out about you"

You'll have demonstrable experience of working as a project manger​

Substantial experience managing a creative department, owning traffic co-ordination and scheduling at scale for a fast-paced fashion retail brand.​

Detailed knowledge of creative agencies, freelance agencies and account management.​

Adept at critical paths, project management and RAG reports​

Exceptional organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.​

A stickler for detail, and calm under pressure.​

Proven qualities of adaptability and flexibility in coping with rapidly changing circumstances.​

Excellent creative eye – fashion/Home experience ideal ​

Good level of design Skills – Indesign, Photoshop, Creative suite​

Projects and Outlook, experience with Workfront preferred.​
