About the role:

Our Designers play a key role in the Manila Creative Studio. You will be helping us to deliver the kind of hard-working and innovative creative work that keeps our stakeholders happy and, most importantly, engages with its audience. While that means working closely with our team, it also means working closely with other teams throughout the business, from taking briefs and developing ideas to progressing concepts and creating the finished work. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Concept creation and creation of assets for various campaignsWork alongside Senior Designers, collaborate on the overarching look and feel and suggesting appropriate imagery/assetsWork closely with Design Managers to ensure that creative concepts are suitable for rollout and are compliant based on known regulationsInitiate new and innovative creative stylesUpon completion of a concept/project, initiate communication across the wider team, presenting work and allowing senior members of the design team to provide feedback and add valueDevelop existing styles and layouts to ensure the brand is continuously evolvingCreate templates and artboards for use across the wider design teamMaintain up to date knowledge and skills related to design tools and software

 

Skills & Qualifications needed:  

  

Ability to execute a design and create assets based on an existing concept or ideaAn impressive portfolio that demonstrates your design talentProven track record of delivering unique and successful creative conceptsPrevious experience working within an internal creative team or agency settingA comprehensive understanding of Adobe suite is essential (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, KD, After Effects)An understanding of 3D design (Blender, Cinema4D) is desirableA working knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirableA good understanding of producing creative for online channels (Print knowledge also an advantage)Strong collaboration skills and a team playerAble to multitask and work to deadlinesGreat communication skillsProficient in English, both written and verbalExcellent attention to detail
