Key Responsibilities:

Ad Creative Design
Conceptualise and design ad creatives that connect and convert for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, display advertising, and email marketing. Collaborate with the strategy teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversions. Ensure ad creatives are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for performance across different channels and devices.

UI/UX Design
Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for websites, software applications, mobile apps, and other digital products. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality to stakeholders and development teams.

Collateral and Asset Design
Develop visually compelling collateral and assets to support various marketing initiatives, including print materials, presentations, infographics, and branding materials. Work closely with the strategy teams to translate marketing objectives into creative designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive brand awareness. Maintain consistency in brand identity and design standards across all collateral and assets produced.
