Key Responsibilities:
Support the insurance marketing team by designing and producing various sales enablement materials, including presentations, digital documents, and promotional assets, ensuring high-quality, visually compelling outcomes.Collaborate on digital projects such as web pages and multimedia content, contributing creative solutions and adhering to brand guidelines while focusing on user experience and engagement.Assist with video content creation (if skills allow), bringing dynamic motion graphics and visual storytelling to life, and enhancing the team’s ability to produce multimedia campaigns.Receives general supervision and guidance from more experienced team members.Follows department processes, procedures, and client requirements; may make recommendations and/or implement improvements/ solutions.Participates in Internship Program activities and events, including onboarding, educational activities, information sessions, product demos, and social events.Provide general administrative support as needed.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.What’s in it For You:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 5+ years of substantial graphic design experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a marketing or creative agency environment.Experience in graphic design across print and digital mediums is essential, with proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with basic web design principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, or WordPress) and motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is a plus.A compelling portfolio that displays a wide range of creative design work, emphasizing digital and print media.Skills
