Develops content strategy for CHiNOY TV Digital across various platforms (social media and television) and its client requirements Familiarizes with the company’s branding, products, and services, including the needs of the target audience and the market behavior; Contributes to the strategic development of the organization in terms of creative production and branding; Develops creative ideas/concepts and formulate effective visual communication strategies as suggested by the Management, Marketing and other members of the production and digital teams Evaluating trends, assessing new data and keeping up-to-date with the latest content marketing and social media techniques. Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions. Leads the production team in implementing creative ideas Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets. Foster positivity and team-spirit to build a strong cohesive production team
