Job Summary 

ICF is seeking a skilled Creative Director who will support a full range of specialized digital media services, writing/editing and technical support and innovative communications through targeted outreach campaigns such as exhibits/conference coordination, speaking engagements, press releases, media interviews, digital and social media, writing feature articles, scriptwriting, video production and management of a website.
 

Location
Hybrid- Fairfax, VA. Must be willing to go onsite in the office.  
 

Key Responsibilities 

Responsible for building out the artistic direction of the campaign and ensuring new creative reflects the brand, style, tone and voice of the campaign.

Lead strategy sessions across all work streams such as: website development, social media, paid media, video and PSA production, and partnership activations.

Provide oversight and guidance on the conceptualization and production of visual and written materials, ensuring innovative and high-impact creative outputs.

Oversee the development of visual elements, including infographics and displays, to enhance communication materials and support stakeholder engagement

Brand and design concepting, animation, photography, video concepting and production, experiential activations, and campaign design strategies for social media, out-of-home and digital advertising, etc.

Develop and execute creative elements for campaigns tailored to specific audiences, utilizing various media platforms to maximize engagement.

Always ensure visual communication is consistent and brand standards are met.
 

Basic Qualifications 

Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, US Citizenship required.  

Must reside in the United States and work must be performed in the United States. 

Bachelor's degree in visual media, communications design and graphic design, or another related field

15+ years of creative design experience, with preferred or desired experience as an Art Director.
 

Preferred Qualifications 

Federal government experience, experience with DHS preferred.
 

Professional Skills 

Understanding of print, social, digital, and traditional media.

Understanding of various communication channels and how they work (print, social, digital, paid media, events and outreach, direct response, etc.)

Experience working in a multi-task environment.

Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$130,603.00 - $222,024.00
