Working with clients and teams, they guide the design process from concept to completion, manage internal and third-party resources, and uphold brand standards.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Lead design sessions and define concepts across multiple projects. Collaborate on pitches, client presentations, and business development with senior leaders. Oversee project quality, team growth, and talent sharing across offices. Drive strategic planning and project execution aligned with business goals. Foster a positive, collaborative culture, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

Qualifications
 

Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design or related field. 10+ years experience in landscape architecture, preferably hospitality design with strong project leadership skills. Proven client, team management, and mentoring experience. Committed to thought leadership and design excellence. Licensure/ appropriate accreditation a plus!
