Creative Lead

The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.

Role
•\tResponsible for leading the visual design direction for creative projects across platforms, ensuring consistency with Mastercard’s and Client’s brand identity and values
•\tCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters and project managers to deliver compelling designs that engage and resonate with the audience(s)
•\tMaintain quality, accuracy and consistency of content and design across all mediums to best industry practice standards and client branding guidelines by ensuring all output is checked and errors minimized
•\tMaking sure about creative assignments and time allocation needed for a specific creative delivery
•\tOverall responsibility on the overall production of creative materials and agreed deadlines
•\tPresentation of brand creative concepts to marketing teams
•\tProduce creative guidelines to ensure consistency of brand and creative across all mediums
•\tOptimize graphic elements and imagery by resizing or by adapting
•\tStay up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
•\tLearn about different cultures and preferences
All about you
•\tBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field
•\tMin. 10 years of experience in art direction, creative design, or advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision
• Team management & people management experience
•\tProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or other design tools. HTM5 skills is a plus
•\tSolid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design principles
•\tExcellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and composition
•\tStrong conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively
•\tExperience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•\tKnowledge of print production processes, digital design best practices, and experience with motion graphics or video production is a plus
•\tCollaborative mindset and effective communication skills
•\tLanguage requirement: professional in English, local language (Polish), any other language a plus
