Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a bold, visionary creative leader to shape the future of our brand’s digital presence—someone who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and innovation.
As Creative Director, Digital Experiences & Content, you’ll lead the creative development of high-impact, brand-building experiences across our digital ecosystem, including our new content hub, social media, thought leadership, and digital media. You’ll be responsible for crafting a cohesive yet adaptable design approach that resonates across channels—whether it’s a TikTok post, a research report, or an immersive web experience.
You’re not just following trends—you’re setting them. You’re obsessed with user-first design, emerging digital formats, and you have a relentless drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible in B2B storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the creative strategy for our digital content ecosystem, ensuring a visually compelling and strategically sound experience across social, thought leadership, digital media, and our content hub.
Lead a team of creative professionals across design, copywriting, and digital experiences—mentoring them to push creative boundaries and bring fresh, unexpected ideas to life.
Collaborate cross-functionally with thought leadership, social, and digital teams, acting as a strategic and conceptual partner to bring our brand narrative to life.
Oversee content and creative development, ensuring all work aligns with our brand standards while maximizing impact, engagement, and effectiveness.
Think social- and digital-first, adapting our brand’s look, feel, and tone to fit the nuances of different channels and audience behaviors.
Optimize for performance and scalability, ensuring our creative work is high-impact, iterative, and future-proofed across digital experiences.
Champion innovation and experimentation, staying ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts to ensure our brand remains a category-defining leader.
Actively train, mentor and manage more junior-level creative team members to take creative risks, push the envelope and do their best work.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
15+ years of experience in the creative industry, with at least 5 years leading digital- and social-first campaigns in-house.
A proven track record of driving groundbreaking creative that breaks the B2B mold—balancing strategic messaging with fresh, unexpected design.
Strong leadership and influence, with the ability to drive alignment and inspire teams across the organization.
An expert in digital and social craft, with a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, emerging content formats, and platform-specific nuances.
A cultural tastemaker, tapped into the forefront of digital and social trends, both as a creator and a consumer.
Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with the ability to get hands-on when needed.
A believer in brand consistency, ensuring our visual identity and messaging work seamlessly across all touchpoints.
A passion for AI and innovation, with a mindset of continuous learning and curiosity for new tools and technologies.
Bonus Points:
Experience working in B2B SaaS or AI-driven industries.
Background in motion design, interactive experiences, or emerging content formats.
