FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're hiring a Creative Manager to join the team behind LiveNOW from FOX, FOX TV Stations’ national live streaming news product. Reporting to the VP Digital Content & LiveNOW, the Creative Manager will spearhead efforts to elevate brand visibility for LiveNOW from FOX across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for all phases of the creative process, from concept to completion, working closely with LiveNOW editorial leadership to reach and inform viewers about coverage of major breaking news and live events. This position is based at our east coast headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, produce and maintain creative and brand materials that elevate LiveNOW’s visibility value with current and future audience. Manage complete creative process from start to finish. Create video and image assets for channel promotion and branding across all platforms, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, proof of performance pieces for breaking news and major events, and promotional reels for internal or external use. Assist LiveNOW editorial leadership with design suggestions and assets for on-screen graphics, special coverage design and promotional elements for air and social media. Organize and maintain archive of LiveNOW clips and images to be used for promotional purposes. Collaborate with partnerships team to provide necessary assets for upcoming coverage promotion and future platforms. Work closely with FTS Graphics Hub on design pieces as needed. Build necessary publicity elements for Media Relations team as required. Ensure all assets meet brand and editorial standards. Stay in the loop ono current news and events, as well as industry news. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience producing, editing and designing compelling brand elements for digital media, including news organizations. Self-starter with a track record of owning creative projects from concept to delivery. Experience producing creative assets for streaming platforms (CTV apps & FAST channels) a major plus. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Social media expert, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X. Unparalleled attention to detail. Outstanding communication and organization skills. Extremely detail oriented. Team player with relentless drive to win. Thrive in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure and react quickly when big news breaks. Ability to travel as needed. Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends, evenings and holidays as breaking news and business needs require.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $100,000.00-120,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $83,300.00-100,000.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
