Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven marketer to lead the creative and strategic development and execution of global integrated marketing campaigns.
This role will be responsible for briefing and guiding the creative process, ensuring that messaging, visuals, and assets align with campaign goals, brand identity, and market trends. Additionally, this role will take ownership of segment testing, creative experimentation, and collaboration with CRO teams, ensuring that campaigns are not only visually compelling but also optimized for performance.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong marketing knowledge, copywriting evaluation skills, a keen eye for creative execution, and a passion for testing new creative directions and new media channels. Should have experience working across multiple marketing channels, online and offline, collaborating with teams on messaging, design, and incorporating digital marketing innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Leadership & Campaign Briefing
Develop clear and structured creative briefs for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.
Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to internal and external teams on copywriting, visuals, and messaging.
Ensure campaign storytelling is engaging, on-brand, and adapted for multiple digital media channels.
Work with copywriters and Product Marketing team to refine messaging, ensuring high-quality and compelling communication.
Evaluate and provide feedback on campaign visuals, creative assets, and design proposals from Design team and external agencies.
2. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution & Asset Development
Create integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns, including Display, Social Media, YouTube, Native Ads, DOOH etc. working closely with Digital Programs team.
Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager and Digital Programs team to ensure all creative assets are built according to the brief and implemented across channels on time.
Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including banner ads, landing pages, special formats and video ads.
Develop content pieces in collaboration with the internal Content team or media vendors where editorial packages are booked, ensuring product-focused narratives or brand integration within relevant industry topics and conversations.
Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and creative execution across all marketing touchpoints.
Identify opportunities for creative innovation, leveraging new trends, AI-powered tools, and emerging ad formats.
3. Segment Testing & CRO Collaboration
Coordinate segment testing and experimentation in collaboration with the Product Marketing and Digital Programs teams, ensuring targeted marketing efforts.
Partner with the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team to develop and implement A/B tests, creative variations, and audience personalization strategies.
Analyze creative test results and work closely with the Product Marketing and Digital Programs teams to refine messaging, visuals, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Work with the Data & Analytics teams to ensure insights from testing are used to optimize future campaigns.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the bridge between creative, performance teams and product marketing, ensuring that all sides align on visual and messaging performance insights.
Collaborate with regional teams to adapt creative executions for localized campaigns.
Work closely with regional marketing teams to adapt global acquisition strategies to local markets and ensure creative executions for localized campaigns.
Work with external agencies and internal design team to develop high-quality, innovative campaign assets.
Stay updated on new digital marketing trends, AI-driven creative solutions, and innovative ad formats, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Creative Campaign Execution & Strategy
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns, creative leadership, or digital marketing execution.
Strong ability to create storytelling and creative briefs, evaluate copywriting and design, and provide structured feedback.
Experience with multi-channel digital campaigns and strong understanding of attribution models.
Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and data-driven creative optimization.
Passion for AI-powered creative solutions, digital trends, and innovation in marketing.
Strong analytical mindset, using insights to refine messaging, visuals, and campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communicator, with strong project management skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to align integrated campaigns and creatives with business goals.
Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and campaign tracking tools.
