Working Hours: 40 hours per week from 1st March to 30th September. 16 hours per week from 1st October to 28th February. Additional hours and work onsite may be required during the festival season.
Role Description
The Creative Coordinator is a key part of the planning team for our events. The main aim of the role is to ensure all creative elements of Electric Picnic are managed, from sourcing and curating all visual artists, programming non music artists, managing relationships with all the creative collectives, teams and individuals onsite, and drafting contracts and deal memos for each.

Responsibilities
Achieving tasks, targets and deadlines outlined by the Managing DirectorSetting up an application and selection process for visual artists. Drafting acceptance letters and contracts, developing an install schedule, collecting bios for the app/website and managing purchase orders/budgetWorking with creative teams from initial proposal to install. Assisting with budgeting, accreditation and production requirementsProgramming some of the non-music entertainmentCopywriting and developing creative conceptsOnsite point of contact for each visual artist and collectives and creative teams, overseeing their progress and assisting with requirementsScouting for new visual artists and creative ideasCoordinating and curating some elements of the site décor and planning the infrastructure requirementsManaging the onsite creative production and decor teamAssisting with the delivery of any press launchesContracting including negotiating fees, raising purchase orders, drafting contracts and liaising with accounts over payment schedulesKeeping the creative production schedule up to date throughout the planning processCollecting visual artists and creative areas debriefsAny other tasks as delegatedEqual Opportunities
