Remote - Part Time - Creative Production Designer Employment Type: 6-Month Contract Schedule: + Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST) - Ideal schedule, with some flexibility, ~20 hours per week Location: Remote Company Overview: Looking to hire an individual with a clinical research experience to act as a part time production designer to support creating marketing materials for ongoing clinical trials. Join a dynamic team of creative professionals in the medical and clinical trials industry. Key Responsibilities: + Execute and edit creative materials for various clinical research studies. + Implement existing branding and creative strategies into final design outputs. + Focus on production design by transforming strategies into tangible products like posters, adhering to sponsor guidelines and templates. + This person gets pulled in so it will mainly more editing and execution of the strategy- more production design (less graphic design) + Sticking within guidelines and templates provided by the sponsor for the trials Team Dynamics: + Work within a close-knit team of 4, managing approximately 2 programs each with potential for more projects in the pipeline. + Adapt to the ebbs and flows of project demands with good time management. Qualifications: + Must-Have: Proficiency in Adobe Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) with at least 1 year of experience. + Experience: Marketing/advertising experience, such as copywriting, is highly desirable. + Experience with creating layouts + Can be self taught- a degree is not required to be considered + Since the creative is medical focused, it is not as “free” creatively as a position where you are not working in clinical trials. + Clinical research experience is preferred Ideal Candidate: + Capable of managing time efficiently, especially during periods of varied workload. + Comfortable sticking within creative guidelines and templates. + Although this role involves creativity, it requires adherence to medical-focused creative standards.
