Creative Program Manager, EU Stores Creative
Description The role of Creative Program Manager involves driving the implementation of innovative content creation solutions while managing essential creative delivery across EU Stores. Working at the intersection of traditional and automated approaches, this role ensures successful execution and localisation of creative projects through new technologies and quality-focused delivery. Partners with marketing, tech, and business teams to optimise content creation while maintaining brand standards and driving adoption of new solutions. Key job responsibilities • Drive adoption of genAI and automation tools in creative workflows while optimizing automated processes to maintain quality standards. • Implement style sheets and processes from global teams for EU market, partnering with internal tech teams and external vendors. • Develop documentation and best practices for new technologies, training team members on automation and LLM tools. • Own product selection and acquisition for creative content, defining content to be shared on fashion storefront. • Create detailed creative briefs for external studios for genAI/CGI as well as traditional photoshoot images. • Plan storefront content, incorporating stakeholder team requests. • Run 'walk the Stores' to ensure correct content setup and check all content when live for optimum customer journey and bugs. • Manage end-to-end localisation process and quality control, analyzing performance metrics of creative assets and campaigns. • Create and present Monthly Product Review to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains through technology. • Define requirements for automated content creation and track efficiency gains and cost savings. • Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies while implementing new technologies and processes. • Track and optimize content performance ensuring quality standards across all content types. • Drive cross-functional collaboration between creative, tech, and business teams. Basic Qualifications - Experience in professional non-internship marketing - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams Preferred Qualifications - Experience in multi-territory campaign management - Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
