We are seeking a Commercial/Promotions Producer experienced in producing client commercials and on-air/digital station image promotion spots on tight deadlines. 

This position will require you to write, produce, shoot and edit using Adobe Creative Cloud. 

Expertise in writing, producing, shooting and editing snappy, focused and original ads that successfully promote a client’s business is a must.

This position will report to the Creative Services Director.

Essential Duties:

Work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and ensure that assigned projects are delivered on timePush the creative envelope to new heights while adhering to brand guidelinesWork with Adobe Premier and Sony camerasOther duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of on-air promotion experience as a writer/producer/videographer/editor for a local station or cable network working in a news environmentPossess a strong understanding of design, typography and compositionMust have ability to work flexible hours including weekends when neededStrong non-linear editing skillsPassion for strong image and promotion writingWorking knowledge of lighting and audio gearPossess excellent communication, presentation, organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksMust have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully interact with all departmentsLog management experience a plusMust be able to provide a reel of work examplesMust have a valid driver’s license

Compensation

Compensation range from $19.50/ hr + commensurate with experience and skill level.Benefits include Medical, dental, vision, Life Insurance, and 401K with company match.
