Job Summary/Description:

WDTV is looking for an energetic professional to work alongside our Creative Services team. Strong editing & videography skills, along with multitasking and attention to detail, are some of the primary skill sets you'll need during your shift as you help create station promotion and commercial content.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Advancing your knowledge of new technologies to perform daily tasks
- Writing creative copy for local commercial and station promotion
- Shooting broadcast-quality video using a cinema camera
- Editing with the Adobe Suite to create engaging media and prepping Syndication & Network spots for air
- Station programming filler to reach an audience with a strategy
- Work with Station Account Executives and business clients to help build and retain strong relationships during the creative planning and execution process

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Some education or experience in television/radio broadcasting or creative production is preferred.
- Editing skills in Adobe products such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator are essential.
- Graphic Design and Photography skills are preferred.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude help drive our team to be the best team it can be.
- College or technical degrees are strongly considered but not required.
