The Creative Services Specialist is an established performer who works to facilitate and support the Creative and Brand Experience function. This role is responsible for assisting with projects by utilizing strong knowledge of industry practices and standards through video/photo editing and image design.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
Shoot and edit videos on deadline and according to an identified creative strategy. Collaborate with the Creative team in the video production process to develop graphic elements needed from initial setup to final product. Facilitate an understanding of the company’s brand message and tone to accurately capture content in video. Retouch as directed including masking, compositing, and color correcting. Collaborate with other team members and production staff to produce a variety of video and photographic projects for the agency and clients in our in-house studio. Provide routine maintenance and troubleshooting of video, photography, audio, and lighting equipment. Conduct field-based video and photography production which involves interacting with clients and operating all portable video, photographic, and audio equipment. Plan and perform video and photography post-production tasks. Publish, organize, and optimize media for various third-party websites. Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team. Draw from prior experience, interpret facts, and identify incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems. Use innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team. Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges. Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals. Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues. Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. Knowledge of Digital Medium Format cameras, DSLRs, and studio lighting equipment. Knowledge in color correction, image resolutions, advanced photography skills, and current workflow procedures. Skills in post-production editing. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Spark, and Premiere.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
