Position Overview: 

As a Creative Specialist, you’ll work closely with our design team, marketers, and other departments to develop creative solutions that meet client needs while maintaining high visual standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Create original designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, posters, and presentations. 

Collaborate with the creative team to concept and execute design solutions that align with client brand guidelines and objectives. 

Take direction from senior designers and the creative director, incorporating feedback to refine and improve design work. 

Prepare and format final design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all assets are ready for production or implementation. 

Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality of your work. 

Work on multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards under tight timelines. 

Ensure design consistency across all materials, adhering to brand standards and best practices. 

Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, offering ideas and insights to improve design concepts. 

Qualifications: 

2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. 

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). 

Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition. 

Experience with web and social media design, including knowledge of web standards and responsive design. 

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. 

Ability to take creative direction and transform ideas into effective visual solutions. 

Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with animation, motion graphics, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). 

Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and web design. 

Experience working in a fast-paced agency or creative environment. 

Familiarity with HTML/CSS or other web development tools is a plus.
