As a Creative Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our paid media campaigns. You will work closely with our Brand Media Lead and cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative creative strategies that resonate with our target audience and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brief Development: Craft detailed, hypothesis-led briefs and lead brainstorming sessions for all paid digital assets, brand and performance to ensure consistency for consumers.
• Marketing Asset Oversight: Drive the briefing and oversight of paid media asset development, ensuring they support our marketing goals, comms strategy and comply with channel/platform best practices.
• Asset management: Owning paid creative testing roadmap to hypothesise, test and report on creative performance across KPIs and platforms.
• Data Collaboration: Work with the Marketing and Paid Media teams to ensure data and insights are efficiently shared with the creative team, translating these insights into impactful ads to deliver results for the business.
• Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research and social listening tools like Sprinklr and Meta Ad Library to find fresh and compelling ad inspirations.
• Metrics Understanding: Have a deep understanding of key metrics (CTR, CR, etc.), with the ability to analyse creative test results and make data-driven decisions. • Industry Engagement: Actively engage with the latest industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications• Creative Experience: Experience in creative roles, with a solid understanding of creative strategy and operations, particularly paid social.
• Performance Marketing: Experience with performance marketing and data analysis tools like Smartly.
• Proactive Attitude: A start-up mentality, eager to work as part of a small, agile team with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Learning Mindset: A commitment to staying ahead of trends in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
