Creative Strategist
**Summary:** Come be part of the creative team at Meta that is leading the industry in new ways to build advertising ideas in the rapidly changing media, mobile and marketing world. As a creative strategist at the Creative Shop team, you’ll inspire, lead and leverage your strategic and creative thinking to bring ideas to life across our family of apps and services. You'll partner with world class businesses, agencies and internal partners at Meta to create work that has an immediate business impact for our clients as well as have the potential to inspire thousands of businesses around the world to build ideas that connect with people. **Required Skills:** Creative Strategist Responsibilities: 1. Create work that transforms industries through partnership and accountability for creative output 2. Unlock valuable creative opportunities through internal relationships and sales alignment 3. Roll up sleeves to lead projects end-to-end-insights, strategy, concept, executions, pitch, production 4. Translate insights into powerful ideas that connect to business and people 5. Meet client expectations, manage sales priorities and co-own creative prioritization with sales, evaluate briefs and meeting/project requests, connect the best people to the right opportunities, work with cross functional teams to get ahead of and solve for executional risk 6. Meet regularly with sales leadership to ensure relationships, sharing, and alignment 7. Continually inspire our clients with a vision for their business on Meta's platforms, and develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' business and push the boundaries of Meta 8. Partner with others on the team to make your and their ideas shine through project-based partnerships and weekly peer-based creative review 9. Be a thought leader on how social technology is fundamentally changing marketing **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent 11. 8+ years of experience in creative / marketing 12. Leadership skills in creative and strategy, with the experience and knowledge working with multidisciplinary teams 13. Think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual publishing ideas to campaign ideas to fill on, perennial platforms 14. Understanding of business marketing and how to build brilliant strategies across multiple verticals 15. Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills. Being able to bring an idea to life on a white board or presentation is also quite important 16. Experience with working with tech teams, data scientists and AI/GenAI teams **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 17.
