Job Description Creative Strategists are the “associate creative directors” of Globe's in-house Creative Dev department, under the Marketing Communications team. They are both navigator and driver of their respective Creative House.As a Creative Strategist, you will be directly assisting the Creative Lead of your own group of creatives, with your own assignment of brands ranging from Masterbrand, Consumer, Channels, Internal Requests, and B2B.
You will be supporting and facilitating the collaboration with strategic, media, and brand teams to orchestrate, integrate, ideate, and execute campaigns and requirements - both thematic and tactical.
You will also help your Lead in managing and governing the creative output - crafting ideas and refining executions, while guiding and mentoring the creative talent, and making sure projects are organized, well-distributed, and are done both expertly (in getting approvals and performance results) and efficiently (in meeting deadlines).
As a Creative Strategist, you'll be part of your own group of creatives, under the directions and guidance of a Creative Lead, with your own assignment of brands ranging from master brand, consumer and B2B, with requirements both thematic and tactical in nature.
You will manage, govern, and execute the creative output - crafting ideas and refining executions, while guiding and mentoring the creative talent, and making sure projects are organized, well-distributed, and are done both expertly (in getting approvals and performance results) and efficiently (in meeting deadlines).
You are a creative storyteller with a high standard for taste in design and/or copy, a strategic thinker who possesses a unique technical skillset in creative execution - giving expert direction to ideas that go beyond the expected, and making sure creatives are both excellent and effective.
You have a consumer-centric mindset, comfortable in translating consumer insights into best-practice executions, with an eye for integration and creative opportunity.
And you are an organized and agile creative leader - able to handle multiple tasks from creative development, people management, and project management - who remains calm and agile under pressure.
Some specifics, include...
Ideating and executing integrated campaigns and activations (heavy on digital, social, and performance marketing) as the creative coordinator to your team’s brands and assignments
Managing and executing with a team that may consist of multimedia artists and copywriters, while safeguarding their creative output to be on-brief, on time, fresh, effective, and well-crafted
Collaborating with Marcomm teammates in supporting creative requests, while managing the work traffic and delivery efficiently, and effectively achieving the campaign objectives
Translate creative briefs and consumer insights into creative strategies, concepts and executions
Gather and organize performance results and campaign metrics that provide useful insight and recommendations to ensure continuous learning and creative effectiveness
Work with fellow Creative Strategists in shaping the culture of Creative Dev as team
