Creative Studio Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the creative studio team and oversee the production of high-quality design for various platforms and channels. Execute design work across various media, such as print, digital, web, social, video, and animation. Streamline and optimize studio processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work. Implement project management tools, systems, and best practices to facilitate smooth project execution and communication. Ensure that all creative work meets quality standards and aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and project specifications. Review and approve deliverables before client presentation or publication, providing feedback and guidance as needed. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing strategy, sales, product, and creative agency partners, to deliver engaging and effective creative content.
