The Martin Group, a premier integrated communications firm is looking to hire an Creative Supervisor/Art Director to join our team.

We are looking for someone to bring ideas to life for a great mix of clients and a variety of projects. From concepting and executing campaigns of all mediums—and presenting finished campaigns and concepts to clients—to managing smaller groups of creative teams. The ideal candidate will:

Have 5+ years of Art Direction experience in marketing/advertising and branding Conceive, develop and produce advertising campaigns and branding that deliver results Develop unique, new and effective concepts Work closely with art director and copywriting partners Confidently present work to clients Be able to work with teams, and lead them with a little mentoring Be willing to work hard because you enjoy what you do

Salary Range: $60,000-80,000
