Title: Credentialed Coding Supervisor Location: Colton CA 92324 Duration: Contract Must possess and maintain one (1) of the following : + Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) issued by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). + Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) issued by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). + Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) issued by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). + Certified Professional Coder (CPC) issued by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Required Experience : + Option 1 : Two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years, of full-time comprehensive coding medical records in an acute care hospital. OR- + Option 2 : Two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years, of full-time experience auditing and processing medical records in an acute care hospital or outpatient clinic setting.
