Job Summary:
The Credentialing Lead Analyst will contribute to credentialing initiatives and compliance objectives through effective evaluation of Risk orders. This position will exists to identify errors, assess information gaps, and recommend/implement enhancements, solutions and controls to improve the overall compliance standing. The Credentialing Lead Analyst will execute this through means such as scorecard analysis of completed work based on policy assessment, coaching team members on development, assisting with documentation, implementation of new polices, and evaluation of current and ongoing compliance.
The Credentialing Lead Analyst may assist in investigating internal and external audits conducted to confirm compliance with existing legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and established methodologies, and will escalate instances of non-compliance to the appropriate manager.
This position works with the business units and department management to ensure that credentialing, privacy, security, and compliance policies are upheld; to identify information gaps; and to recommend/implement enhancements, solutions, and training to improve the overall credentialing process and outcome.
Job Description/Skills Requirement:
• Conduct Front Reviews (Compliance QA)
• Utilize ECT for conducting audit / review.
• Assist supervisor in managing performance by providing timely feedback, coaching and mentoring to associates.
• Develop, maintain, generate and distribute status reports to ensure customer satisfaction and monitor productivity.
• Work closely with Management to identify potential areas for improvement and recommend training opportunities to enhance and increase efficiencies and improve process.
• Perform continuous improvement activities such as calibrations and additional training as needed.
Act as resource person for training new hires.
Qualifications:
