Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Credentialing Specialist with expertise in NCQA guidelines, delegated credentialing, and pre-delegation reviews. This role involves evaluating credentialing processes, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards, refining workflows, and serving as the liaison between our team, the client, and their credentialing verification organization (CVO).
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct pre-delegation reviews to assess and enhance delegated credentialing capabilities.
+ Ensure compliance with NCQA standards and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with clients to optimize credentialing workflows and support their CVO activities.
+ Act as the primary contact for credentialing related communications with clients and stakeholders.
+ Maintain documentation and prepare reports to support audits and regulatory compliance.
+ Educate client teams on NCQA standards and best practices for credentialing and delegation.
Qualifications
Experience:
+ 5+ years of experience in provider credentialing, with 2+ years focused on delegated credentialing and NCQA compliance.
+ Proven expertise in conducting pre-delegation reviews and collaborating with CVOs.
+ Demonstrated experience and success in remote work environments, including managing communication and workflows effectively in a virtual setting.
Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of NCQA credentialing and delegation standards.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
+ Proficiency with credentialing software (e.g., Salesforce, CAQH, or similar platforms).
Hiring Process
The hiring process will consist of: 1. Pre-screening. 2. One interview with EWINGS. 3. One interview with the client team.
