Responsible for credentialing and recredentialing of health care providers. Credentialing consists of the primary source verification of provider information, follow up, data collection, data entry and document review. This position is accountable for the growth and maintenance of the Amplifon Hearing Health Care provider network.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timeliness in receipt and process of credentialing and recredentialing applications. Notify provider and location applicants of missing documentation required to complete credentialing and re-credentialing procedure. The processing of provider information to maintain the provider network database, including but not limited to: data entry of change forms, applications, rosters, and audits. Peer auditing provider information prior to submission to Credentialing Committee for review and determination. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about regulatory requirements regarding credentialing, escalating non-compliant and revenue impacting concerns to ManagementQualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
High School Diploma required. Associate degree or higher preferred. Knowledge of NCQA Credentialing Standards and Guidelines and CMS standards. Knowledge of the impact of credentialing on revenue cycle management. Knowledge and experience in Salesforce or similar cloud-based system. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly assess, diagnose and solve problems. Excellent customer service skills including critical thinking and professional demeanor. Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and timeliness Ability to utilize and maintain credentialing database.Preferred Experience and Skills:
Capacity to work independently and as a team, as well as under pressure. Capable of interpreting and communicating sensitive information in a timely manner in compliance with Credentialing Policies & Procedures. Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Ability to identify problems and use critical thinking skills to solve them Ability to effectively adapt and adjust to changing business needs[MN positions only] Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $22.50 - $23.00 an hour.
