Great opportunity to join our Credit team.  Fixed Term 6 months, Rowville location.

GPC Asia Pacific is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Credit Administration Officer on a Fixed Term 6 month basis, to complement our talented team in our Rowville Support Office.

Responsibilities 

Administration Tasks:

Managing the Credit Departments incoming emails – actioning and distribution as requiredProviding copies of invoices & statements as requested to support the Credit OfficersUploading invoices into online portals for large Industrial & Mining customersLiaising with stores to resolve variations/discrepancies regarding Purchase Orders & PricingProviding administration support to the rest of the team as requiredAssisting with Banking and Payment allocations

Customer Service:

Make and receive phone calls from customers and our store networkHandle customer complaints and resolve queriesProcess journals to resolve banking/receipting issuesProvide genuine, friendly, prompt service

About You:

Customer service experienceLooking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive companyBe available for this 6 month opportunityFull time hours with a flexible start time between 7am – 9amDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate mathematical and literacy skillsIntermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
