 The key responsibilities of the role include:

Ability to understand the core aspects of processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvement to ManagementHandling transactions for deposit products including like indexing, document processing, loan processingAccomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsDemonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skillsShould be adaptable and maintain flexibility in completing tasks in an ever changing workplace.Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures, building towards becoming an area expertProvides coverage during vacation or ill time. Trains/coaches new staff.Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impactMay have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior ManagementAble to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employeesMore technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areasDelivers a work product that requires less revisionAble to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
