Credit Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Credit Administrative Assistant to support our credit manager. This role is critical in assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the credit and collections department.
Responsibilities
+ Travel collection
+ Enter Sales Memos for shipping incidents
+ Enter and post Sales Credit Memos for shipment damage or shortages, ensuring they meet the necessary parameters and thresholds
+ Create daily short payment folders
+ Contact customers regarding credit or collection issues
+ Add and update customer contact phone numbers
Skills & Qualifications
+ Office background
+ Experience with customer interactions and handling phone calls
+ Familiarity with Business Central is beneficial but not required
Work Environment
This is a temporary, part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The position is designed to help the company get back on track and is expected to last for three months, with no extension anticipated beyond this period. The schedule is flexible, allowing for either full 8-hour days or a few hours each day. The role involves using Microsoft Office products, and while experience with Business Central is not required, it is beneficial.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
