Our Luxembourg German credit and collections team is looking for a: **Credit Analyst (12 months Fixed Term)** In this role, internal job title “Dealer Relationship Officer (DRO)”, you will independently perform credit decisions and process all financing requests, such as loans, leasing and revolving credit. You will act as key contact for our German dealers and customers regarding financing. **What You’ll Do:** + Fully process financing requests during the decision-making process. + Analyze financial statements and prepare write-ups. + Structure complex financing requests. + Make sound credit decisions. + Support our dealers in all matters related to loan, leasing and other financing contracts. + Work strongly together with internal departments like collections and sales. + Assist in training our dealers. **Your Profile:** + Completed training as a bank clerk and at least 3 years of professional experience in a credit department of a bank or leasing company. Optional university degree in business administration or equivalent work experience. + Ability to independently maintain relationships with dealers and customers, strong communication skills, and comfort in critical situations (both verbal and written). + Team player with high resilience, self-motivation, and negotiation skills. + Conscientious, detail oriented and accurate. + Ability to have a pragmatic approach on complex tasks as well as extensive analysis. + Enthusiastic with a positive attitude. + Proficiency in common MS Office applications. + Mother tongue German and fluency in English are essential. **What You’ll Get:** + Work in a diverse team in the captive finance industry + Competitive benefits including pension, health insurance, holidays, life cover/income protection benefits + Flexible working solutions to balance family and career and hybrid working model under the legislation limit + Development and learning opportunities to support current needs and future aspirations.
