Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

Job Summary:
The Credit Analyst will review the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses to determine the risk involved in lending money or extending credit.
ResponsibilitiesDescription of Responsibilities:
Maintain credit/collections records in ERP system.Validate and approve sales tax exemptions.Analyze credit and financial information .Assign credit limits within a set authority matrix.Maintain sound Credit policy while respecting Sales goals.Multiple reviews of daily orders and approvals.Communicate credit holds to Sales and Customers.Heavy telephone and written communication.Enforce terms of sale and take collection action as needed.Deal with sensitive issues involving key accounts.Resolve disputes and deductions.Make recommendations to Chief Financial Officer.Prepare AR portfolio risk analysis report.Efficiently manage multiple priorities and deadlines. QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
Exemplifies Tube Supply’s values of Excellence, Loyalty, and Fun.BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.Minimum 5 years of commercial credit or accounting experience.Strong analytical skills.Knowledge of security and creditor rights.Strong communication & negotiating skills, written and verbally.Knowledge of construction lien law.Strong PC skills – word processing/spreadsheetsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products: Ex. Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to work with Senior Management to ensure financial directives are followed.Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.A quick learner, deadline driver, with a can-do attitude are essential traits for our successful candidate.
