About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst who wants to make their mark on a growing organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY JOB TASK DESCRIPTIONS:

Make appropriate decisions / recommendations on credit risk, financial exposure, and setting credit limitsWork closely with the AR Team to support on demand credit risk assessments and bad debt reviews.Leverage data and analytics to understand credit risks and shape proactive strategies to support Workday’s corporate strategiesCredit & Financial Analysis of key Workday Customers / SuppliersExtract, analyze and report on key metrics and create ad-hoc reportingOperational improvement & documentationSpecial projects as assignedOther responsibilities as required

About You

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience in a combination of accounts receivable, commercial (B2B) credit, accounting, finance or international businessAccounting / Finance degree
