Responsibilities will include: * Credit Analyst will collect on all delinquent customer accounts within assigned credit portfolio * Provide customer service by processing customer payments, adjustments, refunds, and resolving discrepancies * Make sound and consistent decisions regarding order releases and account credit holds * As a Credit Analyst, you will identify accounts needing adjustment to their credit limit * Work closely with branches and sales force in communicating account issues
