Position Summary:
As the Concur Analyst I you will work closely with the Global Corporate Credit Card and Expense System Administrator. This role will support the critical day-to-day activities of the US credit card and global Concur Expense activities including corporate card set-up and distribution, user set-up and maintenance in the Concur expense system, corporate card and Concur report generation for management analysis, statement generation and monthly analysis reporting, and assist with special projects as they are needed.
Major Responsibilities:
Partner with the business and respond to inquiries timely with a positive mindset while providing a positive user experience. Process New User Set-upsProcess final expense reports for termed employeesInitiate Credit Cards Application Invites and approveGrant users with online access to credit cardsProcess credit increasesMonitor Credit Card Import files for corrections and warningsMonitor unapproved expense reports for approver changesProcess Credit IncreasesDesign custom reports in Intelligence when neededLead or participate in projects.Run monthly reportsOther tasks which may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisorRequired Education / Experience / Skills:
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience
Job Related Experience: 2+ years’ Experience supporting Concur platform.
Specific Knowledge:
Practical Knowledge of ERP Applications (Oracle, SAP, and applicable Finance ERP
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficient in Written and spoken English Communication Skills.
