Overview Coordinate and organize collection activities for the supply side. Responsibilities + Communication with customers through voice or electronic correspondence to determine reasons for overdue payments and payment status. + Record information about the financial status of customers and status of collections. + Receive payments and reconcile customer accounts. + Communicate with given sales force on credit status, problem resolving and payment strategy of customer accounts, including monthly A/R reviews with sales. + Communicate with Credit Manager weekly or daily of delinquent accounts and issues that need assistance in resolving. + Work effectively and professionally with the entire Singer team.
