Credit And Collections Specialist
Credit/Collections Specialist Key Responsibilities:Running credit applications and analyzing credit reports to determine creditworthiness.Evaluating credit limits and terms based on set criteria.Coordinating with sales, parts, and customers to release orders based on frequent reporting.Making customer collection calls and handling account reconciliations.Managing customer requests and inquiries.Handling EDI invoicing and creating various types of invoices.Applying cash and processing credit/debit memos.Reviewing, approving, and uploading tax exemptions, and issuing credits as needed.Creating check requests for approved refunds.Maintaining credit card sheets to verify funds and ensure correct posting.Qualifications:An associate degree or equivalent, and/or 2+ years of related experience.Proficiency in ERP systems and AR software, with Syteline experience being a plus.Ability to manage high volumes of customers and orders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction and internal team collaboration.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Work Environment:This will be an on-site role in New Berlin, WI


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $58000.00/yr.
