Job Posting: Credit Associate (Full-Time) Description: Are you passionate about credit analysis and financial assessment? Join our dynamic banking team as a Credit Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing reports, conducting credit reviews, and managing application schedules. Your expertise will ensure thorough and accurate analysis of our customers' creditworthiness, compliance with covenants, and review of all associated documentation and collateral. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare timely and accurate credit applications for annual reviews, renewals, and ad-hoc monitoring, including financial models and stress testing. + Analyze borrowers' financial statements, industry trends, and economic conditions to compile high-quality credit applications. + Conduct thorough investigations and exercise sound judgment in assessing risks associated with the bank's investments. + Adhere to the bank's credit granting policies, procedures, and banking regulations. + Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on borrowers for circulation to Department Heads, Account Officers, and Management. + Monitor and inform Account Officers of credit-related trigger events and financial releases of customers. + Investigate and discuss borrower requirements and transactions with deal administrators and account managers. + Respond to pre-approved requests from the Credit Department by assessing changes in loan conditions to protect the bank's position. + Coordinate with account managers or customers on financial reports and specific requirements. + Provide special reports on borrowers and industry research upon request. + Assist the Department Head with special projects as needed. + Ensure full compliance with all bank policies and procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering policies and regulatory requirements.
