THE JOB:
The Cosmopolitan Cage Credit Clerk will assist guests, Casino Executives and Corporate Credit with information required to make credit decisions. The Cage Credit Clerk is focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of the casino floor. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING PAY RATE: $16.00/ Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist in completing and managing the proper distribution of Cage paperworkManage safety deposit boxes available for guest use, including opening and closing boxes and providing access during guests' staysPerform weekly audits of safe deposit boxes and communicate findings to Cage LeadershipCompile information and document it on affidavits for executive reviewFacilitate credit applications for guests, explaining required information and reviewing completed applications to ensure all necessary details are providedCollaborate closely with Corporate Credit to ensure thorough completion of credit checksConduct data research utilizing Central Credit systems to support operational needsContact banking institutions to verify bank ratings and check authenticity, scanning and recording identification and signatures into the computer system as requiredCreate MGM Rewards accounts for new guests, inputting biographical data for new registrations and updating existing accounts with new information when providedPerform other job-related duties as assignedTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or olderNevada State Gaming RegistrationHigh school diploma, GED or educational equivalentMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysSix (6) months of previous administrative experienceOne (1) year of previous guest services experienceBasic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as standard office equipment Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shiftAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:
