QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accountancy/Banking/Financing, Management or any-related courses.  At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Can work with minimal supervision. Knowledgeable in MS Excel and MS Word. Analytical thinking skills is an advantage. Computer literate. With experience in real estate is an advantage. Fast learner and can be a future team leader.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Preparation of notices, memo and reminder letter. Preparation of Statement of Account (SOA). Proper allocation, analysis, and adjustments of clients ledger. Can do multi-tasking related default activities. Uploading of default SOA to PDF.
