What's the role?

As a Credit & Collection Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of the Credit & Collection team through effective change management and operational improvements.

What does the role involve?

This role allows you to challenge the status quo and employ out-of-the-box thinking to drive innovation and efficiency. The job will involve close collaboration with many departments with a multi-level approach. Being a fast learner, curious, and open by nature will ensure smooth onboarding and effective support to the team.

1. Assessment Report - Diagnose status, identify pain points and improvement areas, including but not limited to:

• Roles & Responsibilities
• Workflow
• Technologies


2. Change Proposal - Document proposed changes, including but not limited to:

• Roles and Responsibilities (external/internal stakeholders)
• Workflow
• Technology Upgrade
• Success Metrics, including but not limited to manhour saving


3. Implementation - Execute the change proposal:

• Make suggestions on full-scale or pilot approach
• Communicate to related stakeholders
• Reflect on result
• Update proposal as needed

What you need is:

Undergraduates or Postgraduates students in Finance-related discipline Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese Able to work at least 2 days Collaborative, fast-learner, think out-of-the-box
