Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking for a Credit Control Officer with working experience in Account Receivable (AR). This position will be reporting to Billing & Collection Manager for HK and Macau.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the collection of outstanding payments, monitor payment schedules, and initiate contact with customers regarding overdue accounts.Communicate with clients to collect payments, set up payment plans, and resolve any billing disputes or payment discrepancies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, payment histories, and collection efforts.Address and resolve internal and external queries related to outstanding invoices and payments.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Degree GraduateMinimum 2 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or credit control roleProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelWorking knowledge of accounting software such as Salesforce and Oracle is preferredGood command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
