We are looking for a Credit & Collection Specialist who speaks French and English to join their team. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of the Credit & Collections team with room for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:

Monitor orders and decide whether to release or hold them.Monitor accounts for overdue debts.Investigate historical data for each debt or unpaid bill.Contact debtors to arrange debt payoffs.Maintain accurate records and report on collection activity.Proactively encourage timely payments from customers.Process payments and resolve billing issues.Address customer credit issues.Create reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status.Achieve monthly and yearly Key Business Indicators (KBIs).Coach junior collection specialists.Perform other tasks as required by the company.

Requirements:

2-3 years of collections experience2-3 years of SAP experienceProficiency in French and English (B2+ level)Basic to intermediate skills in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, pivot tables)University degree (preferably in Finance or Foreign Languages)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good customer relationshipsExcellent communication skillsMulti-tasking ability with a results-oriented mindsetAttention to detailAbility to manage high volumes of work efficientlyFast learner, eager to grow

Note: The working schedule is Monday-Friday from 13:30 to 22:30.
