Imperial Dade is looking to fill a Credit and Collections role to manage a high volume number of customer accounts in Hialeah, Florida! Join a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Manage a high volume portfolio of B2B customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and minimizing delinquencyResearch billing discrepanciesPartner with other departments to resolve any issuesReview accounts for new customersBuild rapport with internal groupsCommunicate with individual customers independentlyProactively create and implement payment schedule for accounts Reconcile accounts with full documentation QualificationsYou have:
High School diploma or equivalent1-2 years minimum billing & collections experienceProven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts effectively.Strong understanding of credit and collections principles and techniques.Microsoft Office proficiencyStrong attention to detail, goal orientedBilingual in Spanish preferred
