Credit & Collections Analyst - Backoffice team

Please note that, for this role, you will have a hybrid work schedule, with one day a week spent at our Bucharest office.

Requirements:

Studies: bachelor’s degree, preferably business or economics major Experience: A minimum of 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience Professional competencies: Attention to details. Proficient user of MS Office (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint etc) and Oracle Apps.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential. Any other language is preferred. Previous experience in collections, credit analysis, or a similar role is highly preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills for effectively engaging with customers and resolving issues. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the capability to identify trends, assess risks, and implement strategic solutions. Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
